I was asked if I wanted to wait an extra 20 minutes for a car wash and I replied "yes". I was disappointed to discover that my car was not washed. If perhaps it could not be washed after service due to a labor shortage or some other reason, I would understand but to ask the question and then not complete the service was odd to me. I don't want this to take away from the service I received and how friendly and kind everyone was.

Hi mark was really helpful. Purchased my CPO xc90 October of 2020. Brought the car in to the dealer in July for a 50k service and to use one of my free debt repairs on the back panel. When I picked the car up I did not notice the dent had not been repaired. When I brought back in it sounds like I will keep be charged 250 to repair the dent that should have been covered for free.

It was ridiculous to have one person at closing time trying to help customers when you know how many cars still need to be picked up. Also, I waited 15 minutes in line because he couldn't find keys to someone's car. There should be policies and procedures where keys are kept. I'm sure a mechanic or salesperson could have looked for the keys while he helped other customers. I was there by 5:10 to pick up my car and didn't leave until 5:50 and there was only 2 people in front of me.

As always, Mark's attention to detail is greatly appreciated. The XC60 is the family car and safety is a priority with respect to any completed repairs. His knowledge and understanding of the vehicle is truly appreciated when making decisions on needed repairs.

Mark Kuzniar was great - all the way around. My one piece of feedback - concerns due to rising COVID cases across the state, it would be nice to see the manager wear her mask more. She was friendly and nice.
