Mark Kuzniar once again proved to me that working with dealership doesn't have to be stressful time especially when major service was required. Mark is highly professional, he spent time and afford to explain all the deatels what was done to my car. He also preschedule for me a loaner car so I would not have to worry about transportation. To whom it may concern, I am unsatisfied. with the service of the car that was sold to me, because a few days later the check engine light came on, upon the investigation found out that it has something to do with the converter, I am 76 years old, and I don't no much about cars, nevertheless it seems to me the salesman con and manipulated me

The the only thing I will say is it took too long. I was there for almost 2 hours. Too long for a oil change.

The pricing I was told were all incorrect. The levels of service I got from all associates was like I was bothering them, employee eating pizzas while I stood there to wait on my car. Total unprofessional.
