Mark has always serviced our two Volvo cars we bought from McGrath. He’s a top notch person in the McGrath dealership. Always professional, knowledgeable, courteous and shows a level of honesty on what our cars needs are - what must be done, what is okay - that I keep coming back to this service center. For me, the people who I interact with matter a lot and Mark is one I will trust with my cars always.

Mark is absolutely incredible. Every interaction I have had with him has been amazing. He takes the time to explain what is happening and why. He is the reason I take my car in for every service including tires and oil changes. He is an incredible face not only for your dealership but also for Volvo as a whole. His expertise and rapport are why i am not turned off by how much work my wife's dream car has required this early in its life for a premium brand with a reputation for quality and durability. Mark is amazing. You are lucky to have him o. Your team.

We felt the service provided was not completely honest and transparent. The communication regarding the services, charges, and warranty coverage was not clear. Not a good visit/experience.

Didn’t fix voice control; don’t understand why it wasn’t tested before giving us the car back; we know have to drive out again -40 miles Also after spending $5K on 10 year extended warranty - it proved worthless to fix air conditioner; even after I just purchased a new $60k on a new Volvo So much for customer caring

The service was great My problem is with a part ( the cover to for back bummer tow) that was missing when I purchased The car they sent me One but the color is a different than the car very noticeable I ordered a second one and it is still the wrong color of white I really need this part to be the correct color Hoping the parts Dept can figure me it out Thanks

Dan was very professional and friendly. He came out to my car and fixed it on the spot! I was thrilled it was done so quickly and expeditiously. I am extremely pleased with the service at Volvo. Dan was knowledgeable and explained the issue to me and was able to get me in and out with no problem. Thank you for have such helpful service people working at Volvo.
