In for 20K service that was performed satisfactorily in timely manner. Only recommendation was tire rotation and balancing for $60– did not accept as could get done less expensively elsewhere.

Dan went above and beyond. My car service was completed but for whatever reason carxwasher ignored it. Dan checked on status and then git it into wash and over to me. Otherwise I might have Sat for another 30 min

Dan is awesome! He answered all my questions and cleared up everything for me. He was great at updating me on when a new tire would arrive. When I came in for the tire, he made me feel welcome instantly! He made an experience that I initially thought would be a headache into an easy experience. He was also extremely patient as we played a bit of phone tag and I had schedule changes. Very grateful for Dan! He is the best!!

My vehicle does not work. It lasted three days and did not start. It was returned with dog hair inside as well. McGrath has been striking out with its service since the day we paid for the car. My family does not feel safe. We just want it to be fixed and be reliable. Which it is not. We are afraid to go anywhere because of the paranoia that it will break break down in some sketchy neighborhood or somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Such faulty machinery is unacceptable. Whatever is wrong with the car needs to be properly identified and replaced. Not patched up. I’ve been a good sport and have refrained from tearing McGrath Volvo apart on google and social media in hopes that things get better with my car. Please stop that from happening and improve this dreadful experience.

Mark listened to my complaint about my car that I just purchased from the company and took charge right away to help me know what the problem was. He kept me informed of progress of work needed to be done and what was been done throughout the period I was there ( long hours though). He was very professional and supportive. I really appreciate it,which made me less worried about cost at the time:) Dan also in the sane department was kind to make sure I was comfortable,offered a cool environment and water at intervals. The while team was wonderful. I will strongly recommend their service department anytime!
