As I have come to anticipate, Mark Kuzniar did all possible to see that my Volvo was repaired and returned to me with this most recent issue. Mark provided me with detailed information about the issue that my car had and what was done to fix it. I have been fortunate to deal with Mark re servicing my car since purchasing it at McGrath’s. He has repeatedly earned my trust and deserves to be commended. Thank you for the opportunity to express my confidence and appreciation in him.

Mark was AMAZING. I have had nothing but problems with my xc40 so I have become quite familiar with the process, but this time was above and beyond. I was under a tight deadline with the vehicle and Mark (and the tech) moved Volvo mountains to help me out. It was my last visit as I was literally moving out of state, but will never forget that kindness.

I'd sooner get a root canal that relive my experience with McGrath. Refusal to honor either of my warranties (CPO or extended), dishonest pricing (attempt to over charge), coming up with every excuse to avoid an honest attempt at fixing the issue. When I take my car in for service, I didn't expect to feel like I was at an insurance company, finding a reason to deny a claim however possible.
