When it was agreed that we could receive Valet service to pick up our car, the individual scheduling the service was rude. Asking me if the car was going in for an oil change, it was obvious they didn't know what service was ordered. All they needed to do was ask what it was coming in for. They called me 'hun' several times which just seems out of place these days. I don't think this person should be taking phone calls. The service itself took nearly a month to complete. The car came back twice thinking it was fixed and it was not making this very frustrating to me. The third time was the charm as a more thorough look was given as well as more extensive testing to make sure all was working before it was returned. The car continues to work and the service staff was great although I could tell they were frustrated as me. Kind regards, -David C

Mark is a very good service manager. He is very knowledgeable and explains what needs to be done thoroughly. I will always contact him prior to bringing my car in for service. I enjoy working with him. He is a great asset to your dealership.

The service department was delayed over an hour and half due to employee lockout. After my car being taken in at 8:30, the simple oil change and air filter change took over 2 hours to complete. I was approached by the general manager to apologize for the delay, but to get an oil change took over 3 and a half hours of my time total. I chose to buy my car from McGrath because of its good service reputation. This is the first time I have taken my new car to be serviced since purchasing, and did not have a good experience.

Mark is great. The 2022 Volvo infotainment is the issue. I still cannot make calls using the system and there is no resolution. This is my first volvo purchase and I’m not satisfied

Extremely poor communication on when my car was going to be done. Called and they said they would call me back and never did. Called again and left a message for the manager, they never called me back. Had to call about 6 times to finally speak to someone to get an answer and the status of my service and when it would be done. Initially had a 1 hour appointment to have my car serviced, ended up dropping off my car instead because it worked better with my schedule and it took 2 weeks to for the service to be completed when it was supposed to take one day.

There was no communication! I had to call for updates. A 3 hour job took 2 weeks. Totally unsatisfied and disappointed.

I was not kept informed on the status of the vehicle. Numerous calls requesting updates were not returned. The lack of communication was frustrating.
