Overall, the experience was very good and Mark was really professional. Apparently, there was an error made when my appt was scheduled—I had a morning appt and communicated that I planned to wait for the car. When I got to McGrath, I learned that the windshield repairman wasn’t coming in until the afternoon. Mark was very professional and set me up with a loaner, but this meant that I had to make two 40 mile round trips over two days rather than one same day round trip. I had no trouble picking up my car today and everyone was very professional , but I was disappointed that it was parked next to a charging station but hadn’t been charged overnight.

Mark was extremely attentive, professional, and got to the bottom of things quickly. Will make the hour drive to come to this Volvo service center vs a local one.

Mark did what he could with catalytic sensor replacement. Error codes were clear after install but within 48 hours and 50 miles engine light reappeared. Mark has scheduled follow up appointment for 9/13.

I had to contact McGrath to find out status of my car - they didn't call/text me. They didn't start working on the car until 2 days after my appointment. Mark was great; Keyshawn - not so much.
