I was never able to meet with my salesman to go through all my questions on how to operate all the computer portions if my vehicle. After 9 months I still don’t have any idea how to set up the auto dimming headlights. And since you DO NOT PROVIDE an owners manual it’s not like I can look it up! My sales person was delivering a car so once again I have no idea how to actually use my car!!!! Not happy

He was very good with me and kept me constantly updated which is appreciated - communicate back to the customer. The shortage of loaners is alarming which has nothing to do with Keyshawn but he made it work and had a nice car dropped to my house at the end of the day as I was almost 4 business days without my car and bad weather and paint is not a good combo so thanks worked out in the end as I live a good 15 miles from Barrington!!

Where do I start? From the beginning this experience was not good. Initially i was given an appointment a week earlier, only to called after booking and told that it should not have been scheduled and booked a full week later. At that time I was told the dealership no longer had loaner vehicles. So. I drop the car off at 8am for my 8am appointment on the Thursday, and I return at 5pm, with no update provided from my rep. At 5pm I am told that no one has even touched my car. I dropped it at 8am for what i was told is a 2-3 hour job! So, i have to come back the next day to get a loaner, which apparently do exist! I pick that up on Friday and receive literally no communication the entire day on Friday. I call to speak with the general manager, no return phone call. I call Saturday morning, and am told that the work is actually done now (why did i have to call at this point??) I go pick up my car and am told that my expectation for discounting for this awful experience is unreasonable. I am not sure what is going on at the dealership, but none of this is acceptable.

Keyshaun went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When my key fobs we’re not working and leaving me in a situation where I may or may not have been able to start my car while taking my girls to and from school or just in our daily routine, Keyshaun did not find this acceptable and was able to fit me in to an already booked schedule. This is the type of service everyone reminisces about before social media when you could call a number and the person on the other end actually cared. Keyshaun is a cut above the rest!

I look forward to a survey that will allow me the opportunity to provide my feedback regarding the continues excellent service I have received from my Sept 2019 Volvo XC90 purchase at McGrath Volvo (working with Franz and Mofaso) to my yearly mechanical service and interactions with great service consultants including my latest with Keyshaun. Thank you and I must say I can’t praise McGrath Volvo of Barrington enough for the continuity of your superb sales and service experience. Bravo!!! PS, E. Soto should remain at Volvo and not sent back to Honda location because he was also amazing.

The reasons for going to McGrath on Saturday was to get my car rebooted so I can use the App…that didn’t happen. Secondly, 1 day after getting my car the check engine light comes on, but they did get my second key fob to me which is great. Lastly I mentioned that I had a drink in my car and with in 30 minutes ants were covering my drink. Can they look into it, the first response was “well ants this time of year get aggressive” I still have ants that I kill daily. As you can see it’s a combination of things, Keyshaun may have been the messenger, but I didn’t enjoy spending my Saturday morning on a CPO with issues already
