Mark was great. Greeted me when I arrived and showed me the new beverage machine. Had my Volvo washed when service was completed. It was a very positive experience. I will return and hope that Mark is there next time. He was perfect!

Mark was amazing. I arrived without an appointment because of a persistent warning message. Mark was very welcoming and very honest about how long it might possibly take. I felt very comfortable and trusted that he would do his best to help me. It turned out very well - the repair was made within the time Mark predicted. I was exceptionally pleased with his service and I am considering moving my service business to McGrath from Fields even thought McGrath is further from my home. Highest grades for Mark.

No. Bought a used vehicle in December 2021. Within a month / week I was back twice and had to have a Turbo and Catalytic converter installed. In less than 8 months the Catalytic converter is triggering engine light to go on. Mechanic unsure if it is sensors or have to installed another Catalytic converter. In short the issue is unresolved and estimate is over $4k? Should the dealer challenge the part installed in less than 9 months as being defective?
