Patrick couldn’t have been more helpful. I will enjoy your new facilities because right now, the place is a dump. I hope to have points available to defer future costs. While competitive, I have gotten an oil change for $25 less! Despite that, you have earned my business again, and you can attribute that to Patrick’s fine work and customer service.

Patrick in service brings an added boost to the team with his knowledge of the Volvo systems and when in doubt found the answer or solution to my questions. I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 12:00. I arrived at 11:50. The car was not ready until 1:20. This is way too long for an oil change. Additionally, the car was not washed, as I was told that there was no one available to wash it.

In lieu of you giving me a loaner, a driver dropped me off. Later he picked me up. However, the time I was told that the person was going to pick me up was over an hour from the time I was told he would come I would not mind the wait if I was told it was going to take longer to be picked up and to complete the car. I had two people from my school who asked if I needed a ride, but I turned down their offer since I was told a ride was on the way. Knowing what was going on would have been beneficial in me making plans
