I was under the impression that you were covering the license plate replacement as the threads weren't lubricated when the McGrath holder replaced the Barrington Volvo license holder. Also there was a half inch of water on my floor mat.

The service department, especially Patrick, was great. He was accommodating, responsive and helpful. I was less impressed with the sales department. I was interested in trading in my vehicle for a smaller Volvo and the salesperson seemed as if he didn’t have the time of day.

Mark and his team were wonderful! Actually, when I picked up my car from the shop it wouldn’t start. They replaced the battery in under five minutes and I was good to go!

Mark & Patrick were very nice & friendly. Everything was great except the mechanic did not put my spare tire back together where it belonged in my trunk. Luckily my husband is a handy man himself and was able to figure out. It wasn't something a customer should have to do and worry about when picking up there vehcile. Especially when transferring car seats, kids and strollers from the rental to my own vehicle.

Patrick had excellent attitude and customer service skills. I drove a good 35 minutes farther than my typical service/dealer because I was impressed with him over the phone. I will be coming back to McGrath!
