Mark is always a pleasure to work with (although unfortunately for me, it means something needs to be repaired on my car when it does). Bogdan was also great, especially with having to deal w/the loaner being rear ended, and the other driver's insurance State Farm changing what they needed in order to issue the written acceptance of responsibility on behalf of their insured driver. I would definitely recommend Volvo of Barrington to any friends or colleagues. Thank you.

I continue to be impressed with the thoroughness of service from dropping off the vehicle to picking it up. The detail of the work performed is excellent. I love the new ‘report card’ printout about work that may need to be completed in the future.

Great service from beginning to end. Patrick went out of his way to get me a loaner car so I could attend a family day at my son’s company. It was a particularly difficult day for me as I had to stay in Minnesota the night before due to flight cancellation. With a lot of luck, I did get home, got the car and made it downtown for this special event. It is very obvious customer service is #1. And my car is working great. Joanne S
