I like the service that was offered , however, an hour and 20 minutes to change ones oil is extremely long, I could not opt for having my car washed which was offered, my time is important and I just didn't have another 30 minutes to waste. Thank you

Trish and I are always satisfied with service for both of our XC60s. Yes, we drive a bit from Rockford, but the service and the ambiance is well worth it. We wouldn't go anywhere else!! Thanks so much for maintaining our Volvos in such an efficient manner!

i was satisfied with Patrick and service. I was frustrated that i left several messages ( no one answers phone there) and did not get return call. I finally went on your website and made appointment. But never got a confirmation so, being that it was my first time going to McGrath I did not know if I was scheduled, so I booked a second time. I just moved to area and found closest Volo dealer and was not impressed when no one answered phine or returned my ca calls when I left messages. I will come back because of Patrick and efficiency there.
