From the time we originally contacted Patrick via phone and during the time our car was being serviced, we experienced excellent service and follow through. In addition our car was not only washed but the interior was thoroughly cleaned. I do not recall experiencing that service from any other dealership. That amenity was greatly appreciated and goes a long way to show how important McGrath feels their customers are.

For 27 years I have relied on Barrington/McGrath VOLVO and I cannot recall any situation where the service wasn’t superb! The legacy continues even after the buyout. Mark is thoughtful, considerate, listens and solves problems. He is superb! This VOLVO service is why I have owned 17 VOLVO’s. ????

Being a multiple Volvo owner, I have experienced dissatisfaction with Volvo in general because of terrible service from numerous dealerships. Although I only live 7 minutes away from Schaumburg Volvo, Mark seems to genuinely try the best he can to be accommodating; this is why I come back to Barrington. At times I feel he is limited in resources to try to match the expected customer satisfaction for a premium car dealership. I am envious of Volvo’s competitors and what they provide to their customers while getting their vehicles serviced. But, at this visit, the courtesy and follow-up expectations were met. Thank you Mark for making today’s service a good experience.
