When my battery failed, I came in without an appointment. The battery was replaced and I was out in about an hour. I was very pleased with the prompt service.

The car was not fixed properly and needs to be brought back in. We were never asked about receiving text messages. The number that was to be called was identified as this one and then another started to receive texts. When I picked up my car there was a part on the front passenger side floor board. Patrick is not someone I want to work with again. Timeliness and communication skills are not his strong suit. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in the service I have received from Barringtin Volvo in 20 years
