My paint issue was initially created during a touch up job by Hill Country Honda. A few months after, I brought it back to get it fixed. The new touch up that was just performed resolved some but not all of my paint blemishes. I don’t plan to return and have it touched up or repaired for a 3rd time.
Michael did a great job of explaining service that would be provided and an estimate of time to complete service so I could plan the remainder of my day. I received a timely update when the service was completed. Michael also , at my request, gave a mini tutorial on the use of car play and installed car services.
Cody went above and beyond my expectations. Got me my car when I needed it and really walked me through everything that they did and was very helpful
Michelle is one of your outstanding employees who goes the extra mile to ensure customers are provided the best care possible. Her knowledge, positive attitude and customer service are beyond approach. I appreciated no being pressured to get additional maintenance done. I know my car needs additional work and I'll get to them as my budget allows. I received prices on the maintenance needed, but no pressure, thanks for that.
