This Was My First Time Here. I Bought This MDX ACURA At GUN HONDA , To Far For Me To Go For Service. So I Went To FRENANDEZ HONDA Twice,,, The Last Time I Went There Had A Bad Experience With Them. So My Wife And I Today Had Dinner In ALAMO Ranch. So I Decided To Go By Hill Country Honda For Service. John Doy Greeted Me And Ask If He Could Help. Was Treated As A Valuable Customer. Rudy took the time to sit with me and answer any questions I had from the time I pulled up all the way until I was walking out the door. His friendly demeanor made me feel very comfortable and not rushed at all, which is a HUGE plus for someone like me who takes comfort in knowing the details, especially with my car. Rudy deserves a raise/bonus/beer, because HC Honda will now make money off of me in the future. Thanks Rudy, keep it up! Cheers! ????
