The wait was long and no one let me know I needed a battery until oil change was finished then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a new battery. I ended up waiting two hours for oil change, resurfacing brakes and a new battery. I wouldn’t have minded had I been told a little sooner.

I have been coming to you guys for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. I just found out tonight that you guys have been rotating my tires and mot balancing them. I ask you what is the purpose of rotating the tires if you are not going to balance them.
