Aaron engaged in Fraud. He was charging me for parts that he wasn’t putting on. I was checking behind him after he kept negotiating cheaper and cheaper prices to fix my vehicle. Thank God for Shade. He made everything right. He knows about what happen. Aaron should be fired. First y’all lied to me about the truck I bought. I charged that to the game. You didn’t hurt me you hurt yourself because I’ve bought 2 brand new Toyota’s since then. And about to by my daughter a Toyota. I’m a mail carrier for USPS and have sent 3 people in the last year to buy new Toyota. It’s not worth for car salesman to lie to get a sale. They must protect your brand. Then after the car salesman lie to me, your service department engage in fraud. I’ll pray for you guys!

Came in with low expectations per my overall experience with Hill Country Honda. Cody exceeded my expectations and put me at ease. Much better than several other reps you have at that location, I hope his managers know his service is quality. My faith in Honda overall is slightly restored & definitely improved from where it was, which is impressive.

Cody is very gracious and down to earth! He understood the issue with the car immediately and took care of the service very promptly and efficiently. I was very sick at the moment but I was made so comfortable while waiting briefly and the other staff were courteous and counselled me with good suggestion to feel better. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
