Honestly the best and friendliest service I've ever experienced in auto service.
The work done on my car today was done in a very timely fashion, I appreciate that. A car part was ordered and I will be able to get my car serviced and finished on Saturday. Thank you!
I called Honda ahead of time and asked if I could bring in my pilot with this error. Denise was ready when I arrive and ready to take care of my vehicle. I arrived at4:00 and was fixed by 5:45 pm. Thank you for awesome service!

My window tint was not applied to my vehicle before my car sold. I brought the car back to have it applied, and it has hundreds of air bubbles under it.
He was amazing so helpful with me and my kids. He went above and beyond, jumped my car to help me go to a different mechanic then suggested I drive the lot first. I’m so greatful because soon after my car died. He did the service on my car for the same price as the other mechanic. I’m a customer for life!

Chris was very nice and professional. He let me know approximately how long my car would take to be serviced and was on point. He also provided me with status every step of the way until my vehicle was ready. I am very pleased with the service I recieved.
My molding on my passenger side was coming apart. Still under warranty but the representative said I would have to go back to Fernandez Honda to get it fixed since that is where I got it placed.
Same thing with my passenger door.Have a piece where you can place coins etc..coming apart but because I got my vehicle through Fernandez Honda, they told me I needed to go there.
Fernandez Honda is 20 miles away.
Called Fernandez Honda and they told me I should have been able to get the corrections done at Hill Country Honda.

The service advisor was good. I don’t have a problem with him but I don’t appreciate how long they took. It was almost 2 hours (I get in can take long) but there was only a few customers.

I want to thank everyone especially Chris! He answered all my questions and was very polite and professional! I had a lot of bad expierence at other dealerships but not this one, I will recommended this dealership to my fmaily and friends and I will start coming here more often! I also couldn’t pick up my car before the service dept close and Chris worked with me and dropped my car off at service for me to pick it up and I met Tim he was very informative and helpful.
