Brian was professional and absolutely customer oriented. His help in explaining the needed repairs and costs along with his willingness to help us get the necessary work done was stellar. I truly have not been to a dealership service department before where I felt so at ease and knew I could trust that the work would be completed properly. Great experience! Mr. Soliz was very helpful with my question about a recall on my CR-V. Pulled up my records and reassured me all was good and I was good to go. Also took me on a short tour of your new facility and informed me of the Express oil change department which I will take advantage of in the next couple of weeks.
The wife and I are thinking about a new car (possibly a CR-V). My experience with Mr. Soliz will cause us to check out Hill Country Honda.
