American Honda and the dealer service dept are stonewalling regard our concerns over electronic shifter performance, autopark function described in manual and online videos. The dysfunction resulted in crash. We informed our family members of the safety risks. We are dismayed at Hondas lack of responsiveness. We hope no one will be injured or killed, but it would not be surprising considering what we experienced.
