Ask customers up front if they are military or retired military please. I asked the cashier just as she swiped my card and they said they do. I asked then if I could select ‘cancel’ on the screen so that the discount could be applied and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. There was still time and the transaction was not completed- I feel that it was a choice not to allow me to cancel the transaction since the gentleman would have had to go back and add it in. There was no one waiting behind me and it was not a busy time of day. At any other location I would have been offered the discount- even if it took a few extra seconds/minutes to change the settings. Had they recognized our DV plates this could have been offered to me as a customer. I don’t normally go to the dealership for service due to high costs- could have been a positive experience that would have encouraged me otherwise.

Cody recommended important service and offered reasonable prices. The service department followed through with lightning speed and good work. More recommendations were made regarding a four wheel alignment and possible transmission fluid change. I was thoroughly impressed that my car was cleaned and vacuumed, as well. Oh, I almost forgot the recall to the pax side airbag was also fixed. I guess that’s what happens when you receive exceptional service. You tend to forget about the recalls and focus on the overall customer service experience. Great job, guys!!!

The service representative didn’t give accurate information instead gave false information. Made me feel not important and tried to brush of my questions. In other words, he lied to to me. In addition, I had asked for a car wash And vacuum. When I got there to pick up the vehicle i saw bugs all over, they ran the car and brought the car soaking wet. Bugs were still there and I pulled rags to dry it myself while 4 young guys were talkin and laughing. Worst experience ever. I will not go back and will drive to Gunn Honda. I live in Alamo Ranch and I will post my experience on Next Door App.

My car was not ready as expected. Next day receive text stating it was ready but it was not. Went in for 200,000 mile service- Paid $3,000 + dollars later and cabin air filter was not checked. When asked service representative did not answer.
