We were very happy with our service technician Jerry and overall service. I especially like the text messages. I was able to observe Jerry's service with other customers and he was on top of things. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I will now be taking my vehicle to Hill Country Honda.

The service is a little bit pricey and I’m not 100% certain that everything was necessary to replace, but I got it changed because I have trust in the team not to screw over a loyal customer. I would like to see what they see for verification purposes to decide if I want to proceed with the service (ie. the transmission fluid fresh compared to mine currently). That is really my only complaint. Otherwise the service is top notch.

He was very courteous with me about my 2018 Honda Pilot that I brought in for A1 Maintenance. The wait time wasn't that bad and I was greeted immediately upon entering the reception area. They thoroughly explained what was done to my vehicle and Jerry was very forthcoming with information when I had questions. All around fantastic service, please keep up the good work
