David was very professional and super nice. He greeted me as soon as I drove up and got my vehicle in ASAP. He kept me updated on what was going on and explained what upcoming maintenance I would need. He was very thorough and made sure I understood what he was explaining. My vehicle was ready in the time he promised. I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend David get a nice Christmas bonus! :)
I had a good experience today. I appreciated the fact that he told me when would be a good time to come in so I wouldn’t have too much of a wait. Service was good and appreciated the water and snacks.
Quick service explained the process clearly I also observed David with other customers. He explained the issues with there vehicles with no pressure. Great service!

Service provide was not done in the way we anticipated. A piece connect to the drivers window seal was loose and replaced. The seal now looks jumbled and tucked - hard to describe. We have to bring it back in.

Jerry Trevino was extremely helpful upon arriving for my first maintenance experience at Hill Country Honda. My first impression was wow I’ve owned Honda’s my whole life a total of five and I have tried all the competitors service departments and have always left unhappy! This was the complete opposite of what I was accustomed to getting. I love Honda’s and I thought you would have to deal with bad service to go with a great car by far this was not the case.He came out to my car and greeted me and took he took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable on what I needed to do on this my first visit. I was on my lunch break and it was the week before the holiday rush and he expendited the service and got me in and out faster then I hoped to get back to work. Oil change, tire rotation and air top off, car wash and on my way! His professionalism didn’t stop with me he continue on to the several customers that showed before me and after. There was even a customer that had just driven in from Arizona and was worried about a light that came on and Jerry had him off on the road as quick as I was to see his son here in San Antonio who was serving in the armed forces. I told Jerry that experiences like these make a difference in a customers day and go a long way. I can’t wait to take my wife’s new car back for service to see how that experience maybe. I have bought two new Honda’s from Hill country this year and they will forever have a customer for life with my family. I worked at a dealership shortly after high school and I know how they can cut corners by far this dealership and Jerry are not the norm I have been accustomed too. Thanks Hill Country!
