but whoever serviced my car, I
came in for an oil change and tire
rotation only, decided to change my
Headlight setting from auto on to off.
Why mess with my settingswhen I’m there
For an express oil change?
At least the idiot didn’t change the seat
position, mirrors, and radio station.
No wait to get my car in and services. No complaints from me. Job well done.

This is not my first time that I was at Hill Country Honda Express service and Jerry Trevino was on duty ready to help in a very caring way. He has fantastic customer service skills and is very knowledgeable . I appreciate the customer service I receive every time I come in and Jerry has always been available to help me and I have been very satisfied. Nobody really ever wants to pay more than necessary for car repairs, but I’m glad I found Hill Country Honda and Jerry Trevino in my time of need. I have no reason not to make your company my go to dealership and service department. Kudos to Jerry! ????????????????????????????????
Why was i charged so much for 15 minutes of work.When the part was only 40 dollars and my bill was346.98.
I did not like you trying to up selling be 800% for a cabin filter. That is just crazy, how do you sleep at night trying to take advantage of people in that aspect?
