This was my first visit to your dealership. I was greeted immediately and was welcomed by Mr. Cotton. He was attentive to what I needed. He took me to the customer waiting area, pointed out that there were refreshments available while I waited for the assessment of my vehicle and an estimate of the cost. He came back with a thorough explanation and I approved. I knew approximately how long it would take. The service was prompt and I it felt very comfortable . Chris Cotton was very professional and based on my initial contact with him, I will definitely come back for my service needs. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed????. I felt special! Keep up the good work . Thank you, Me Cotton.
Despite initial problems with the tires I pre-scheduled to have installed (not in stock doesite having booked the appointment two weeks in advance) Aaron was able to offer a discount on another set of tires to make up for the inconvenience. I also liked that I was able to get a first-time discount on my oil change.
Jerry and the team secured my long term patronage at Hill Country Honda. I now have the bar set by HCH for the expections in service. I will take my car no where else.
