You need to carry the appropriate tires for the vehicles you sell and service other than that service was very good.

Everything went well. I'm satisfied. I do have a question, I was told that my 9AM appointment was not for service rather it was an app to see the service writer. Is this correct?
Cody was so helpful from the phone call to the appointment. He walked me through the process of the appointment and showed me the waiting room.
He didn’t pressure me to buy everything I needed, but did tell me what I needed ASAP. He understood money was an issue, but was super helpful.

Our experience with Hill Country Honda was perfect. It started off with a very friendly and attentive phone call with Cody Kyle. I explained our reason for our visit to Hill Country Honda and Cody looked up the vehicle vin number and promptly verified some information and we set an appointment for March 3, 2019. We live in Del Rio, Tx, about 2 1/2 hours away from San Antonio area. As life happens, we were running behind schedule, a quick phone call was made to the service department and we were told to come in when we were able to, it was mentioned to not worry and take our time and be safe. I spoke to Chris, who's last name I did not catch, but he was very friendly and courteous. When we arrived at Hill Country the attendant greeted us and was very polite. Once inside, we first spoke to Chris who attended to us promptly and printed out paperwork for Cody since he was busy with a customer call. Great customer service. After Cody finished with his call, he introduced himself and gave us a run down on the procedure to correct the problem with the vehicle. He was very polite and professional. He then walked us to the waiting area. In a little over an hour Cody came to the waiting area to inform us our vehicle was ready. Cody really took care of us and his attentiveness did not go unnoticed. All the staff we had the pleasure of talking to at Hill Country Honda deserve two thumbs up! We will defenitely make to trip to Hill Country Honda for any other vehicle needs! Thank you Hill Country Honda!!!

My service was EXCELLENT and Chris Cotton is amazing. He told me the two recalls would take about 1.5 hours. In fact it was about an hour with a car wash and vacuum. He also made sure my concern about my breaks were check out. I was totally satisfied with my experience at that location my I add very clean. Thanks again.
