Shade, service manager, provided excellent service and the audio system was finally fixed. Had taken car back several times only to find it the same. He listened and understood our concerns.

I cant say how much o appreciate Shade's honesty(with good or bad news)and his extreme patience with all my questions, concerns,and even meltdowns. Scheduled appt for service. I showed up 10 min. early. First attendant seemed like he did not want to be there at all. They sent me over to express service. Took over an hour for an oil change? Everything was so slow. They were going to check the alignment on my new tires, but I eventually declined...didn't want to be there another 1/2 hour. Computers were down. And car wash was broken. John Doy did a good job though.

Today was my first experience with the service department at Hill Country Honda. I was greeted by John and he explained the process and assisted me with understanding what service was needed. He was very respectful and friendly. I felt comfortable with the entire service process today. Thank you!
