Didn't have to wait when I arrived to have car serviced which was nice! Michael came out to my car, got info and job took about as long as stated...very happy with everything and not as crowded as other dealership I had been going to! It is also closer to my house! Will use Hill Country Honda from now on!

The representative that came to assist us made jokes about our 2002 Honda Civic and made statements like “I thought it was new.” He, Micheal clearly could see it was not a new car and stated “recalls” sarcastically. Really rude and highly disrespectful. I am looking for a new car soon, but will never buy another car from hillcountry.

Michael approached us making sarcastic comments about us bringing in our older 2002 vehicle. He made a comment to a coworker, while laughing and pointing at the vehicle. He then asked his coworker if he wanted to look at the vehicle and the coworker shook his head no. He continued laughing and when I asked what his issue was, he said he thought it was a new vehicle pulling up. We purchased our 2018 CRV from you guys, but will be taking our business elsewhere when it’s time to turn in the civic. Honda’s are vehicles that are made to last and I do not appreciate the sarcasm from this worker. I should be treated with respect regardless of the year or condition of my vehicle. If you are going to have people working directly with customers, I highly recommend that you hire employees who are respectful and have people skills.

Jerry was awesome. I let me use a coupon for an oil change; even though, it was a year pass expiration. Very professional and courteous. I have already given praise to about 10 people since my appointment yesterday. Thank you Jerry!!????

John Doy is a very courteous, friendly great customer service!! This is the 3 rd time I encounter With Mr.Doy always welcome us n offer n make you feel comfortable while u wait on your vehicle in between he informs you how long or what ever your vehicle might be needing.....
