David the service manager was very nice, experienced, patient & helpful . They seem to do a thorough job without being pushy & the facility is nice. The one thing that bothered me a little is not being acknowledged in any way by any other employees there. Looking up from your cell phone at the waiting room desk to say welcome or hello would be nice, especially for 1st time customers who are used to being greeted and offered drinks/snacks/wi-fi info. The guys in the service bay did a good job, but I'm just surprised with no looking up, waving, smiling, some type of greeting, and nothing said when other employees walked by me outside or in the waiting room.

I've been driving it to ensure it is running well. It seems to b doing great. Drove to Del Rio and Seminle Canyon State Park. No problems noted. Thanks for giving the Pilot an extended life.

Michelle checked me in but that was the extent of her interaction. She was kind and courteous. A Male service advisor took over, he was courteous. My car had an oil change, inspection and I asked them to change the battery on my remote. I couldn't get the screw off so I couldn't change it myself. I left my car, I reminded the advisor about my remote before I left. I picked up my car at closing time as I tried to use my remote i realized it didnt work. A different advisor was there and he assisted me. I was charged for the battery and it wasnt replaced. The advisor said it looked like they couldn't get the screw out. If that was the case I should have been told and not charged. He ended up getting a parts guy to change the battery. This was my first visit to HC Honda I always go to Gunn Honda, I will not let this experience prevent me from returning.
