Had my vehicle for major servicing including vibration in the steering. But to my surprise, the vehicle didn't have oil change nor any confirmation that they did all Inspection and necessary replacement of like filters etc. I had to bring to the Express Service for oil change so late on Saturday.

Service was absolutely horrible. My car was there for about a week, no one would ever call back or call me first to let me know what was going on. I had to consistently keep calling to figure out what was going on with my car and when I could pick up. I’m very disappointed because I really loved my salesman as well as my tech at the express lube department. I will continue to use the express for oil changes and things, but I don’t plan on returning to the service department. Aaron was my service advisor and was very careless about my concerns or my asking to be called back. I left a message with Adrian one night as well and she was very rude each time I talked to her and never left a message with Aaron to call me back. I’m very disappointed.

Michael was amazing. He understood that I was very frustrated because my vehicle had just been at the dealer earlier that week. He apologized for my inconvenience even though it was beyond anyone’s control. He was very calm and sympathetic with me. He made me aware of the problem with my vehicle the very next day. When I picked up the vehicle he showed me exactly what had been wrong with my vehicle and explained thoroughly the issue. He went above and beyond! Thanks so much Michael!!
