Everything was handled professionally and courteous. Was in and out in a prompt time. Questions were answered before I left. I really liked how it was handled. Don’t see it that often anymore.

Aaron was great in communication and reliastic ETA of service for recalled replacement of recalled replacement. I feel sorry for the service techs who probably are only allowed charge time pay income for what is apparently the Honda Corp ETA of 30 minutes of replacement. I've had an air bag unexpectedly explode on me before in a different vehicle and it's a frightening situation.
