Jesse Herrera was so amazing, I am so glad that’s he was my service advisor. When things seemed impossible he made it happen. Definitely satisfied and would recommend him every time! Even after my car was done and I call Mazda he knew me by my first name and answered my question. That right there is customer service!

Dealing with recent ‘life events’, including moving into a new home, my Mazda 6 service was a little later than I had intended, but I was thoroughly impressed with the service, friendly and polite personnel, and ‘Me @ My Mazda’ were made to feel special by Max H. The drop-off area was steadily busy, but I didn’ see anyone appearing not to have time for any of the customers. Max has the personality, knowledge, and manner, making customers feel at ease, and explains everything clearly, with good humor, making it almost a pleasure to leave one’s vehicle with a trusted uncle ... or funny uncle. Positive experience every step of the way.
