Anthony's service was top notch - very satisfied!
I was not thrilled that the problem could not be solved on my first visit or that I was not told my car would not be worked on the day I brought it back and I had to have a loaner car for several days simply to have my multimedia system fixed. However, Anthony was patient and kind and everyone was very nice to me and super friendly. Sometimes a bad situation is made better simply by a great attitude. Diana and Mark were very nice as well and deserve credit. I don’t usually remember names so that is definitely a compliment.
They took my car without an appointment and replaced a dying battery late in the afternoon. I was grateful for their timely service help .
Frustrated that the car is a lemon, but that is not your fault. Appreciate d Mark's great customer service.

I received msg that my car is ready for pickup at 10:35 am. I went to pickup car at 12:18pm and was told my car is in wash. I said I was notified at 10:35 am my car is ready why it is still in wash. So I waited for about 30 min finding out # on work order was wrong. Also learnt that this is not first time that happened. Due to mistake in service department I was late fo my 1 pm appointment. My experience with Bob Baker Mazda was excellent until this visit. Hope u will fix issue and improve quality of service.

Mark made it happen, I needed brake pads in addition to regular service and it was going to be a next day pick up unexpectedly and after I spoke to mark he made it happen that night and I was able pick up at 6pm. I need my car for work and couldn’t leave it overnight. Thanks Mark!!!
Mark is the main reason I bring my car in for service. He is very personable, attentive and honest. He always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude. The whole service dept. is great.
