Brakes are still squeaking. That was the number one reason we brought the car in. We had a problem with this last time when it took three attempts for you to fix our brakes properly. It appears your skills have not improved. For the price we paid they should be immaculate. They aren’t. I may not bring my car here again and may opt for Escondido next time

I came in to have Android Auto installed. first, when I bought the car I was told this would be a free software update. Now its a $400 add-on. My salesperson, Fred, handled this well by offering to split the cost 50/50, but shame on Mazda. Today I took it in and spent 3 hours there waiting for the install. As far as i can tell, you did nothing. I have an owners manual for a "Genuine USB Cable set", but no USB cables. I tried following the instructions for using Android Auto, but the Android App button is shaded and not activated, so I can't turn it on. to me this, this behavior means you never installed it.
Please call with detailed instructions or send someone to my house to do the work I've already paid you for.
