when I dropped off my vehicle I asked how long this service might last. I was told "a couple of hours" so I planned accordingly. Almost 7 hours later I still did not have my vehicle and had left numerous phone messages in that period never answered. Awful service!

John did a great job with my service today. I hit an object on the freeway and was concerned if there was any damage. John said he and the technician checked and found no damage. John has always treated me well!

$153 to tell me my FOB was bad is a little expensive. $500 for a new fab really expensive. FOB $21 on line, programming $30 by a locksmith. See my point Personnel all were excellent, very professional
