Victoria keep me informed on the progress of my car. First time working with her. I will request her again.
I bought my car from you and unfortunately almost every time I bring it in for service you have it for multiple days. I do appreciate you giving me a rental car but I am puzzled why it takes 4 days in my last service.
My service advisor Jose is great and communicative but it appears that your guys overbook your appointments and this causes delays when you need to order parts.
I have taken it to escondido jeep which is not as convenient and they do not have this problem.
David was clear and concise on what was being provided. He was also great on following up and keep me up to date with my requested services and their completion.
This guy is what customer service is all about.something alot of business are lacking these days.we need more people like John.

It took over 2 hours to get an oil change that I had an appointment for!!!!!! They didn’t even get my car washed. The quotes I was given for other services were not clearly printed out. They wanted to charge me $200 for something I got done at Midas for $40.00. I am very unhappy with my experience. Anthony did try to help me after I explained my frustration. If I have to go back there I will only deal with him.
