Continuously bad service at this location regardless of the individual assigned to assist you. They never look up your information for warranty, never call to provide status on vehicle (I have always had to call them). Never notify of recalls. I find out about the recall when I take my vehicle in for service. They do not listen to anything the customer informs them. If I didn’t like my Jeep, and have a worthless warrenty, I would be be done altogether with Jeep. Worst customer service ever.

Had to take my car into another place because it felt out of alignment. Turns out your people did Not balance the tires and it was out of alignment.

Horrible experience this time around I have been here other times and it was great but this time there was no communication and the guy kept saying he would call me back and never did and then sent me A text that said if I have any questions or concerns to text this number and I texted it over and over and over for a week and a half straight and never got a reply so then finally I had to go in there myself and figure out what was going on and then ice they still charge me $150 to look at my car when I was out of the car for two weeks because of this when they said it was going to be done the next day overall just bad business and horrible customer service and will not be going back !!..I would have tried to go back again the next time something went wrong with me car if they would have waived the 150 dollar fee for sucking me around for two weeks but when I asked for that they said they could only knock it down to 110 which is still **** !!..and I am not a person to ever write bad reviews or to complain at all but this was just ridiculous!!!

My car now has a leak and odor it didn't have before. The vehicle was kept for three days, price outrageous. Anthony pleasant, just don't trust the quality of work done

Help better for first timers , I couldn’t get an answer on if the oil or other fluids were good it was just sight here and give me you’re money . Sad even if not busy thanks anyways.

The next morning after returing home I had diesel oil under my truck on the driveway. You're tech should wipe off the underside of the truck after an oil change. This isn't easy to clean and spoils an otherwise good service experience.

My experience was great, and the reason for that was because of Anthony. He checked on me routinely to ensure I was ok and up to date on what was happening to my jeep. All in all I will come back because of Anthony.
