Had my car for a total of 14 days with barely any communication, then when I received my car back since the techs had to continue to drive the car I was given it back with almost no gas left. My wife is 9 months pregnant and it seemed like the service department could not be bothered to help her gain a rental vehicle, understandably we did not have this set up prior but in a world of customer service I feel I could have spent my time at another dealership and seen if I would have had better luck. Very dissapointed considering we love the vehicle and Dodge in general but we felt very undervalued

Your service team is impossible to reach. No one ever answers the phone. For that reason we probably will not return for service.

The wait was very long to get my vehicle back. It doesn’t seem like there is an efficient work flow for folks picking their car up from being serviced.
Service with the dealership and company (CDJR) overall has been completely disatisfying. I will not recommend this dealership or brand to anyone and will actually beg friends and family to never own a vehicle from CDJR.
