Victoria was super friendly and very helpful. She was able to schedule all of the items I needed fixed for my car which made it so that I did not need to take it back during the week- I very much appreciated this.
Gil was very pleasant and attentive to our questions and issues. Would definitely request him as a service advisor in the future.
Wife is very frustrated. It seems the oil change took several hours with little explanation from technicians/management. Oil change should have been 30 minutes. Would really like to understand what happened. Wife does not want to return for future service. Disappointing.

Dropped vehicle off at 0930, didn’t get it back until 6pm. Had to call dealership multiple times to get an update on status of vehicle after being told by the individual I was paired up with that I would receive a call by 230 pm. One factory recall, a tire sensor, and oil change took over 8 hrs to repair? Come on my vehicle sat all day and was forgot about until after I called which is ridiculous and unprofessional. Not once did I feel like I was the priority or that bob baker staff had compassion towards me being vehicle less all day...I was actually told that I should leave vehicle until Thursday because they were closed on New Year’s Day and was being interrogated once I stated that wasn’t an option due to my family size. Once again I’ve had some amazing dealership experiences but this wasn’t one. Bob Baker Jeep makes the customer feel like a second class citizen. It’s a damn shame since I’ve been a Jeep owner for 16 years and I’m looking to replace the one I have in the near future.

Anthony was awesome, but I am shocked that you needed my car for 2 1/2 days to address 2 recalls and a battery issue. I am surprised that a dealership would have such trouble securing a battery for a 2017 car and that no one could properly communicate when it would arrive. I was originally told I could pick up Thursday afternoon but had to wait until Saturday afternoon. This was an enormous inconvenience and it left me with a lack of trust in your service department.
Gilbert Ahumada has been absolutely fantastic. He’s professional, approachable, knowledgeable and prompt. I’ve been through 3 service agents within 9months and he has been the best. Unfortunately I am completely unsatisfied with the care my car has been under. I haven’t even had my car for a year and it’s been in service over 5 times for the same issues. This has absolutely nothing to do with Gilbert, he’s been very helpful. I have completely lost trust in Jeep. It’s a shame because this was my first car at 16yrs old and I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Sunmit which has been my dream car for 20yrs and it’s failed me in every sense.
