I was given a quote of $3,200 to repair my vehicle. When I picked it up today, the cost was nearly $3,600 There was no explanation for the $400 difference.
Yesterday afternoon Laura told me that my vehicle would be ready by 10:00am on Friday. I called at 9:30am and left a voice message asking her to call me back. I called again at 10:30 and 11:30 asking her to return my call. At 11:47 am I received a text indicating that the vehicle was ready to be picked up.
The lack of communication and failure to explain the $400 difference is problemmatic
Brutal to have the car out for two days but service took care of the car and it’s back in good running condition

Laura was great and very communicative. I am completely satisfied with the level of aervice and professionalism from your team. My only complaint is the mechanic left his greasy hand prints all over my fender from his work on the intercooler pump. The car came back dirtier than when i dropped it off.

My car was towed in as this is the last fiat service provider in San Diego county. I was told my car wouldn’t even be looked at for one week and advised to get a rental. When I asked if they could at least read my codes as the readers were unable to read them, I was told they’d try and to wait as there are vehicles with appointments ahead of me. I was fortunately able to have them checked within 5 business days and it paid $265 for labor and $110 for parts. I asked if there was anything else needed as my car is high mileage and I wanted an inspection. I asked them to check a specific problem I had when Fiat National City accidentally loosened a light wire in my dash, Laura told me I would be charged for it. I was told only diagnostics were ran and they had no time. My car was driver up unwashed, and none of my questions could be answered. Jose was helpful and friendly at pickup.
