There has been a problem with my car since I got it 2 1/2 years ago. Check engine light came on with rough idling. This is the second time. Had my car for 5 days and still no resolution. I may have to contact corp. To see if they can resolve this issue. My car only has 16,ooo. I'm very upset over this.

Victoria is a wonderful service advisor. My only complaint is that I wish I would’ve started taking my Jeep to her years ago! She’s full of knowledge and great customer service.

If there were a way to get a loaner or a discount for a rental (which I wasn’t sure I would need until I got to Oceanside), that would be great. Otherwise much appreciate the efforts.

For starters I had to drive almost an hour to get the recall and warranty done. It's disgusting!!! People have lives and I had to take two days off work because I was told the piece ordered that broke off would arrive today, I received a text saying my car was ready, I headed over only to get a call over an hour and a half later by the service manager Laura stating the text was sent in error and the piece still hadnt arrived and should tomorrow. I wasted a fourth of the gas tank in that stupid error. She did t apologize at all! And said I could take my car and would have to take the car back once if arrived. The inconsiderate bulkshit. Return a rented car so that I could get another tomorrow. I am disgusted. And will purchase a fish in my life again. Ever!!; Will also speak to an attorney regarding all these recalls and bring inconvenienced with this all. I'm done w Fiat. How can I go to work when I'm treated like an idiot making me drive back and forth. I'm disgusted. Disgusted

I arrive for my 8:00am appointment about 15 minutes early. I soon realized my service adviser Victoria had not arrived at work. I was parked in the service bay as directed. To keep your operation flowing another service advisor checked me in at about 8:20am. When Victoria arrived, she went into her booth and closed the door. She acknowledging anyone. 5 minutes later she emerged and began helping the person after me. The service person that checked me in explained to her what he had done and gave her the paperwork. She said she would keep me informed. I did not get any updates or communications from her. At 4:09pm I received a text from Victoria stating: “Update: its done now I was just getting it washed.” A short time later I received another text from Victoria. “Update: Great news Mark! Your vehicle is all serviced and ready to come home! Thanks, Victoria Raitt” When I arrived and signed for my vehicle, Victoria could find anyone to bring my vehicle to me. She personally went to retrieved it along with another person’s vehicle. A male employee drove my truck to me. The first I noticed was that it had not been washed and the automatic running board were not working. The driver told Victoria was going to apologize for not getting my truck washed. She did not but she plugged in my running board. Victoria stated that my vehicle was next in line for a wash. Since meeting Victoria, she had excuses for everything and she was very disorganized. You can confirm this assessment with some of her co-workers. As a customer, I deserved better. If she was not going to respect me enough to be on time at least arrange for me to seen by someone else. If she represents the company, own it! Stop with the excuses. I suggest you lose the prefab text messages and instruct the service advisor to briefly provide updates. It make me think you care. Maybe establish a tickler file to keep the advisor on task. To not here about my vehicle until 4:00pm is not acceptable. As a consumers we have choices. Finally, Inside my vehicle there was no maintenance sticker affixed to the driver’s window as a reminder to me. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE is just as important.

I made an appointment for 1pm on Thursday and my car was not even looked at until the following Saturday morning. Why bother making an appointment if you can’t honor said appointment.
