I tried to call this morning to find out when I could pick up my car. I spent just under an hour on your various voicemails trying to talk the someone. I think someone in finance finally found Laura. An hour? The vehicle was ready do I could get my neighbor to deliver me to your dealership. It seems to me that answering clients calls is important enough to have someone answer the phone. You might have a dedicated number for people like me that need to talk to s live human being. The car was smoking as I drove home. Guess the mechanic spilled extra transmission fluid on the engine. Appears to have evaporated now. I am stuck when my car needs something. It’s a tricky enough vehicle to require a Chrysler mechanic to fix it. So I try to make sure to get it to your dealership when it needs something. I would appreciate a coupon or gift certificate as I pay another repair bill...$100 oil changes are obscene. Anthony was SUPER helpful after dealing with morons at Chrysler Customer Care and other dealerships for over a week. He heard me (the first time! No repeating myself!!), understood the importance of needing to get my recall addressed ASAP and fully delivered on what was promised (same day service!). I’m so relieved and am more open to coming to this facility for my vehicle maintenance moving forward. Thank you so much!!

Victoria is kind but clueless in her position and knowledge of vehicles. Even your service advisor in the front booth I mean look at his booth it’s a joke his work shirts are on a hanger in his booth he is kind also but his personal skills are weak

Absolutely top notch service and honesty. I value “doing right” as a whole-of-business concept and this is how you all deliver. I was completely impressed and you are my new service dealer. I drive all the way from Twentynine Palms, because I’ve been lied to and almost taken advantage of at each site between you and me. I will be using your service, because value has no distance. Gilbert was great. When he passed us off to Victoria, it was a different story. We tried contacting her several times to make sure our car was ready for pick up. I had even left 3 messages. We had starting calling around 9am to try and pick up our vehicle early. She hadn’t returned our call until 4pm to let us know our car was ready. No explanation or apology for why it took so long to return our call. I’m sure it gets really busy at the shop, but there’s no reason for inconsideration.
