You should not overload your employees and hire more service advisors to provide a better customer service experience.
Everyone I spoke with, Laura, Jennifer, and the staff member who helped me at pick up, were all very kind and considerate, but my repairs were delayed because my vehicle was not marked as checked in after it was towed there. And after someone called to let me know it was checked in. Essentially, my vehicle was lost for a day, my family was not able to go anywhere, and we missed scheduled events we didn’t have to. If I hadn’t had called at the end of the 2nd day, my van would still be lost in the parking lot.
My service agent Laura Jimenez made me stand and wait for over 30 minutes before coming out of her cubicle to greet me. She was unprofessional, told me to take my car to Oceanside the spot was for Carlsbad (it was serviced on site). She was uncommunicative about the status of my car. The entire process was much longer than necessary and the wait was unacceptable. I’m not mentioning her unhelpful and uncourteous manner. She is not a good representative of a service center.

I was not happy at all with my advisor. She does not understand the meaning of customer service. I don't even want to go back to that dealership. She is not friendly, welcoming, professional or courteous. She doesn't take time to greet customers, no eye contact not even a smile. She has a really bad attitude. Was not even professional enough to call me with any updates. I was the one following up on the status of the repair, and she had an attitude on the phone and in person. To make matters worst she wants to tell me that my rental is not covered, when there an issue with the vehicle that needs to be repaired for a second time, and my vehicle is still under warranty. I did't like her approach, and I don't deserve to be treated with such a bad attitude. I would rather drive to another dealer than deal with her again. Advisor: Laura Jimenez
