I was more than satisfied with victoria... she was beyond helpful in educating me about the repairs that were made on my car! However... i feel like i am taking my life in my hands everytime i enter your car lot....it is totally overloaded with cars! Have been having my cars serviced there for the last 12 years but thinking about going somewhere else because of the congestion!!!

My only comments. Is the appointment taking system. By phone. You can’t reach a real person. AT ALL. By website appt app it takes weeks and weeks for a reply. I finally reached a person through sales to get to service to book an appt. and then the website requests came much later even after I had an appt booked.

But a push forward to a regional veto to replace the defective part in my vehicle. After I called corporate was the first time I saw local movement. It took 5 days short of a month to get my vehicle back. They said the cost of the outsourced part was too high to immediately replace a failed part. Regional response was, “maybe there’s something in the vehicle that’s causing the detonation of this system.
It was eventually replaced. So far so good.
Not happy with response time to fix a 3x clarification from local technicians who I respect.

I scheduled an appointment to replace a recalled part and, when I arrived for the appointment, the part wasn’t available. I have to make another appointment, which is extremely inconvenient.

Service had my car for 7days and wasn’t able to fix the problem I came in with. I was told it must just a factory issue. They lost my key fob the 1st day and I had to pay for my own rental car while the warranty items were addressed for 7 days and submit for reimbursement which has been a ****. I requested an estimate on replacing a headlight but never got it in writing. I expressed my dis-satisfaction to my service rep and asked to speak with the manager who never reached out. After all I picked up my car dirty. I won’t be going back.
