Still have the same issue (stop /start does not work). I told it was a door sensor, though it may contribute, it is not the main issue with the system as proved by the fact that the stop/ start system will work if I do nothing more than force shut off them immediately restart... As identified in my trouble ticket. In fact, if you read it it clearly states that the system will work if you shut the vehicle off then restart within two hours. Take a guess how long my truck was off... while the tech checked for fords and cleared it. Less then 15min(I watched).
I later called several dodge dealerships to hear their thought, and they confirmed that the tech did not do a very good job. “The tech. Should have at leased tested the charging system.” He went on to tell me that the new rams are notorious for the battery (one of two) going bad if they sit... guess what, mine did. A quick look at your records will show that.
Overall I am upset about having to bring the vehicle in at least one more time. I say at least because I can already see it. The tech is going to switch out the sensor and tell me it is all good again. Then when the truck sits for more than two hours, bam same issue. Then we get to start the process all over again.
Here is the fun part and why I wanted it fixed correctly the first time (other then the vehicle is brand new) I am deploying to the Middle East next week and wanted to know my truck would be good when I got back vise having to take it in for for the mechanic to do his thing...

Victoria was great! She remained calm and pleasant during a stressful situation where the computer system had shut down and they had to keep cars longer than expected. She got me a rental car and everything went smoothly. She is an asset to your company. Give that girl a raise!
I had an appointment and you had the part, but I had to come back , after supervised approval. Came back (with an appointment) and part was not available. Had to leave Jeep and comeback another day.

Our experience during this service visit was exceptional. From arrival to departure Victoria made sure that we were informed about what to expect and when to expect it. Our plan was to walk to a new to us restaurant during the service. Unfortunately the distance was too far for me. So Victoria arranged for one of their folks to drive us over in our car. When the service was complete Victoria arranged for an UBER to return us to the dealership. Victoria is professional, personable, and a truly great ambassador for Bob Baker Jeep.
The Bob Baker team went above and beyond to fix my issue. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you!

Just let Anthony handle all of your service customers and you will never have a complaint from any customer. I ran two very successful Firestone dealerships and would have paid a lot of money to have a service writer half as good as Anthony. I'd make sure to keep him if that was my service department.

I made an appointment and dropped my car off in the overnight key drop. Somehow, that information got lost and it took much longer than expected to start doing the work on the car. The work was down fine, but your processes don't seem to work as expected.
