Called to check Friday and he as told it would be ready mid day the next day. I called at 3pm Saturday to check and was told service closed at 1pm and had to wait until Monday. Just poor communication. Not a mojor problem but it was annoying.
Just an overall pleasant experience. I didn’t have an appointment scheduled so they took me as a walk in which I’m very grateful considering I live about an hour away. And he even got it done sooner than expected! Thank you guys!
It took 3 weeks for a call to be made to the right person, then it was fixed quickly. But three weeks for a phone call. And there’s still an issue with our food they say is totally fine but it isn’t

The bathroom (one was locked?????) was filthy, broken at every possible area. Toilet seat broken off of toilet, hand towel machine broken, etc. and employees went in and out and no one seemed concerned!! Victoria is excellent as a service adviser. However, my cat had more filth inside than when I took it in. And no one removed the plastic from the seat or the paper from the floor or the service number. I had to do all that and take it to the trash. I question seriously if I’ll go through that again and I’ve had every service since 2006 at Bob Baker Chrysler.
Victoria did a great job just keeping us in formed of the vehicle to do the professional courtesy calls to me and Texas your good it’s good to have a person like that that knows her job and does very well thank you very much Robert and Jenny R

Anthony is amazing! Very professional in his demeanor and I felt he had my best interest in the repair. His attitude will keep my loyalty to dodge. By the way, he fixed my Vette when the Chevy dealership couldn’t honor their own service contract.
