Is anyone reading these.i have filled these out every time and no one has contacted me. I always to have to go to a service station right after visiting Bob baker. You NEVER fill my tires with the required psi. It's always a minimum of 20 psi low. Every time I go I mention this it falls on deaf ears. I have prepaid for these services I guess if you've already got the money where's your incentive. AHHHHHHHGGGGG
Anthony Norton is my service agent and provides me with information on my vehicle and necessary repairs with courtesy and respect. Though today was a larger bill than I wanted, his explanation justified my choice to proceed. The car was ready as promised. The use of Uber today was new to me and got me home quickly. Good change though your shuttle drivers were always pleasant. Anthony arranged the Uber and also served as “cashier” for payment. You have an excellent employee and he represents your company very well. Thank you.

Victoria is just awesome, came in on Saturday and organized it to make sure the specialist came in even though he was not scheduled.
I stopped coming because I only had bad experiences, but this time I had a recall so I came back. This was handled great, personable, professional and fast. Had I always received this level of quality interaction I would likely still been coming for my regular service. Job well done.
Victoria is the best. I had a short notice concern and she handled the situation and quickly got my car back to me.

Good interaction with Gilbert but repair took 2.5 days - too long for me.
I was struggeling in getting any calls back from a Jennifer from the recall department. When I showed up the front desk employee helped me to see what options she had to help me. She went out of her way to connect me with the service rep Gilbert. He was very nice and extremely helpful and informed me of two other recalls I needed. He took care of my case and vehicle and even had an uber take me to work. I am so grateful for the front desk employee in the service department and Gilbert. They made my day and thanks to them I could register my car the same day at the DMV.
Victoria was nice and able to get all issues taken care of in a timely manner.
I live in South Orange County and will drive south again next time.

I brought in a car with a transmission issue, after 2 recalls, a lemon law buyback car. I asked for an estimates. they took two days (2 days!!!) to run a basic scan via OBDII for 165$... 5 minutes operation. They didn't move the car from where I left, the car was driving, I brought in driving, I picked up and left, running. The service was really bad. I didn't get a written estimation, I had to ask to Laura two times and she hand (!!!!!) wrote an estimation, which is to me not clear at all. No one informed me about the 165$ requested for the estimate and I had to go pickup the car by myself. Very bad service, very bad attitude, didn't do the basic. I'll ask Fiat USA and FCA Holdings to intervene. If you don't like to work with FIAT cars, don't do that! If Laura doesn't like her job, no one is forcing her to do that. Never again with Bob Baker... never. I don't want to be contacted, anymore. Thanks.

Gilbert and Cisco in Service are the best service team I have ever seen. They worked hard to meet my schedule, made great efforts on pricing with my engine replacement and offered helpful suggestions on future maintenance. 5 Star service by far compared to other local dealers.
