Once again, great job by Anthony in keeping me inform and paying attention to detail. He has great customer service skills and he is the only reason I continue to service my cars at Bob Baker.
Victoria was amazing. Very helpful and definitely made it an easy experience. My only disappointment was with how the Jeep was returned. It runs great and everything was fixed super nicely, but I figured with a repair of $1800 $1400 of that just labor that my Jeep would have been cleaned. Maybe not detailed but at least vacuumed and washed.
150 fee that was unexpected
Appt at 9 and no one helped us for about 40 minutes
Kept the car for 7 hours
Couldn't even return it with a spray down and a quick vacuum
VIctoria did Ann amazing job! From when I called her at 5:45 on a Tuesday when she closes at 6. I called super stressed out about my car dying on me on the side of the road from a recalled part. Parts weren’t in yet but Victoria assured me everything would be ok, and to just get the car towed in and she would take care of the rest. I wasn’t able to get a rental due to a late email but it’s ok she sent and Uber to come and pick me and and had my car washed and ready for me. Victoria did an amazing job I wish I could work with her from now on.

Victoria is a hard working team member. Please take care of her. I feel she goes out of her way to take care of her clients.
It's obvious that customer feedback and input is not valued. Had to bring my car in at least 4 times for the same problem, two being in 2018 in order to figure out what was wrong. Veronica uses a polite voice but she offers zero help and is quick to avoid responsibility or problem solving by blaming her coworker (David) and business processes for her laziness. This place is not trustworthy and I'm not sure if there is even enough competency to call it service. More like a waste of time and money..

and boy was it fast. The person who was helping me was courteous and friendly. Awesome keep up the good work.
Salesman said vehicle would be cleaned up inside and out and it was never done. I never received anything tellinf me if oil was changed or anything. With 12000 miles it would be nice to know.

Anthony was super helpful given that I came in unexpected (without an appointment). He took all of the steps necessary to resolve the issue with my vehicle while keeping in contact with me to let me know what was going on. I was very pleased with the service he provided.
